Urban Bear NYC returns September 17–20, 2026, turning New York into one of the biggest bear gatherings on the East Coast. Parties that don't quit. Nights that run straight through to sunrise. A Street Festival that takes over the city.
Packed bars, daytime socials, the city streets and late-night adventures that keep the energy going till dawn. Seasoned bear, muscle daddy, chub or curious cub-in-training — this is where the community shows up in full force, and every step of the way promises something unforgettable.

1. INDIVIDUAL VENDOR SPACES are approximately 10’ x 10’ and include (one) 6’ table and (2) chairs which will be provided at the event. (tents are not included but you may bring your own) Load-in begins at 11:00 am.
2. To apply, fill out the form below including your business name, address and TAX ID/EIN number with a brief description of your business.
SPACE IS LIMITED!
Form submissions and payment must be received no later than September 9, 2026 to secure your spot.
3. MOBILE FOOD TRUCK VENDORS must be licensed in NYS and must include current NYS Tax ID# in addition to your DOH license number and expiration date.
*For vendors using propane, NYC code does not allow propane tanks larger than 20 lbs
4. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! There are no refunds.
