Get ready, New York—because the bears are back, and this year they’re bigger, bolder, and hotter than ever. From September 17-20, 2026, the 17th Annual Urban Bear NYC takes over the city with four days of fur, fun, and unapologetic celebration.
Think packed dance floors, sultry rooftop socials, sweaty block parties, and late-night adventures that keep the city pulsing till dawn. Whether you’re a seasoned bear, a muscle daddy, or a curious cub-in-training, Urban Bear NYC is where desire meets community—where every glance sizzles, every beat thumps, and every night promises something unforgettable.

1. INDIVIDUAL VENDOR SPACES are approximately 10’ x 10’ and include (one) 6’ table and (2) chairs which will be provided at the event. (tents are not included but you may bring your own)
Load-in begins at 11:00 am.
2. MOBILE FOOD TRUCK VENDORS must be licensed in NYS for food vending and must include current NYS Tax ID# and DOH license number and expiration date in addition to basic company information.
For vendors using propane, NYC code does not allow propane tanks larger than 20 lbs.
3. ALL APPLICATIONS, vendor permits/licenses, and payments must be received no later than August 1, 2026 to secure your spot.
4. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! There are no refunds.
