2019 Exhibitor Fees:
$200 Commercial Business
$150 Not-for-profit/501c3

1. INDIVIDUAL VENDOR SPACES are approximately 10’ x 10’ and include (one) 6’ table and (2) chairs which will be provided at the event. (tents are not included but you may bring your own)
Load-in begins at 11:00 am.

2. MERCHANDISE VENDORS must obtain a Temporary Street Fair Vendor Permit from the Department of Consumer Affairs. Click Here. 

3. MOBILE FOOD TRUCK VENDORS must be licensed in NYS for food vending and must include current NYS Tax ID# and DOH license number and expiration date in addition to basic company information.  
For vendors using propane, NYC code does not allow propane tanks larger than 20 lbs. 

4. ALL APPLICATIONS, vendor permits/licenses, and payments must be received no later than April 30, 2019 to secure your spot. 

5. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE and there are no refunds.

We are proud to announce that a portion of the street fair proceeds will go to benefit The Callen-Lorde Community Health Center.

Exhibitor Agreement *
By submitting this form, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE URBAN BEAR, INC. (“Indemnitees”) and their successors and assigns, from any claim, action, liability, loss, damage or suit, arising from the following: EXHIBITOR PARTICIPATION, AT THE URBAN BEAR STREET FAIR, PART OF THE URBAN BEAR WEEKEND, MAY 19, 2019. In the event of any asserted claim, the Indemnitees shall provide the Exhibitor reasonably timely written notice of same, and thereafter the Exhibitor shall at its own expense defend, protect and hold harmless Indemnitees against said claim or any loss or liability arising thereunder. In the further event the Exhibitor shall fail to so defend and/or indemnify and hold harmless, the Indemnitees shall have full rights to defend, pay or settle said claim on their behalf without notice to undersigned and with full rights to recourse against the undersigned of all fees, costs, expenses and payments made or agreed to be paid to discharge said claim. Upon default, the Exhibitor further agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees necessary to enforce this agreement. This agreement shall be unlimited as to amount or duration. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
